can rest assured that we take your financial security and peace of mind
very seriously. As such we hold an Air Travel Organiser's License
(ATOL) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL number 5916). This
means that all air arrangements are ATOL protected. In the unlikely
event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not left
stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us

For our coach tours we are a member of the
Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA number V0847). ABTA will
financially protect your arrangements in a similar way to the ATOL bond.
We are also obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by
ABTA's Code of Conduct. We can also offer you an arbitration scheme for
the resolution of disputes arising out of, or in connection with our
