Speciality Tours
At IBT Travel we offer a vast range of speciality tours, with many options available to you within the resorts.
Each resort has a link which lists the tours offered, if you don't see what you're looking for then please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
IBT Travel recognise that many groups leaders are required to visit their chosen destination to complete risk assessment documentation for the resort, hotel and excursions. If you have a confirmed tour with IBT Travel then we can assist party leaders in the following ways: -
UK tours - IBT Travel will offer 1 nights bed
& continental breakfast for 1 or 2 people in the hotel that the group will be
using for the tour (or one nearby if it is not available).
European & other Destinations - For European & other Destinations of 3 nights or less then IBT Travel will
offer 1 nights bed & continental breakfast, and for 4 nights or more 2
nights bed & continental breakfast, for 1 or 2 people in the hotel that
they will be using for the tour (or one nearby if it is not available). The party leader will be responsible for all travel costs as well as meals and entry to places of interest. IBT Travel can assist with travel arrangements and add any additional costs to the groups confirmed tour booking. Please be aware that inspection visits are subject to availability with the peak dates
(Christmas/New Year, February ½ term, Easter, July &
October holiday weeks) being more difficult – with more costly travel arrangements – than off-peak
dates. If you do not have a confirmed tour, we are happy to make any Inspection visit arrangements on your behalf but all items will need to be paid in full in advance of the inspection visit.
If the group subsequently confirms a tour with IBT Travel then a refund for the 1 or 2 nights accommodation will be shown on the tour account.
